Enjoy this very cozy 3 bedroom condo/townhome located in a private gated community near downtown Palm Springs. The property features contemporary furnishings and has a great look and feel. Enjoy 2 large bedrooms in the upper level and a living room, modern dining area and a 3rd smaller bedroom in the lower level. King size bed in Master bedroom and comfy queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The complex several swimming pools and hot tubs and the manicured grounds are great for families and kids. There is a private patio with a gas BBQ and 2 covered parking spots in front of the unit. Wireless internet, local and long distance phone, washer/dryer and remodeled modern kitchen with granite tiles. A wonderful location near Downtown Palm Springs and close to shopping, golfing, hiking, casinos, restaurants, and bars. This is a very affordable home away from home!

Loved the pool/hot tub

We loved the WARM pool and hot tub the best!! Went in every day even though it was cold outside the pools were lovely. The location was good for us. The condo was adequate and clean.

Palm Springs

Enjoyed our stay with you at Palm Springs. The accommodation was fine, with a nice swimming pool, but is a fair walk away from the town centre (approx 30 minutes), although buses are frequent. Found a lovely Irish bar, Dickie O'Neals, about five minutes walk away, where we spent many evenings. Good food, drinks and very friendly staff.

A nice quiet stay

Lovely surroundings in a quiet gated condo. Accommodation was clean and serviceable. Grounds and swimming pool were beautifully kept and a pleasure to live in.
