Wonderful property in a superb location. The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated and well equipped, a perfect fit for a family holiday as well as afor a romantic retreat. The pool is amazing - big and heated, and the attached hot-tub is a real treat. Everything from the warm welcoming upon check in to the end of our magical weekend was perfect, and Oasis Rentals have done everything to make our stay super comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recomendeded!

We stayed for the month of January at this lovely property and really enjoyed it . We have been to Palm Springs several times and enjoy staying close to downtown Palm Springs. This location was perfect as we could walk downtown, Ralph's grocery store was at the end of the block as well as a great bakery and a great Italian restaurant "Marios". We enjoyed the Tahquitz walking trail along the Mesquite golf course and the River walk as well. The Primrose house was very comfortable, spacious and any minor issues we had Chris at Oasis dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the services of Oasis rentals and would use them again. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The Bougainvillea Estate was an absolutely stunning venue for my daughter's New Year's Eve wedding! Our family as well as the groom's family stayed at the property for five nights and there was plenty of bedrooms for everyone and we were all very comfortable. It was very cold the night of the wedding so after dinner, we moved the reception in to the game-room and everyone had a blast!

The house was great, super clean, we had a lovely time. Chris, the property manager was quick with help and requests. Would for sure come again. One of the few pet friendly rentals we found.

Nice modern, polished concrete floors, furnished white style and taste. Great pool and spa makes you enjoy the outdoors even in the colder winter climate.

Have you ever stayed somewhere and simply want to dream that it is your own home and that the dream of living in such a beautiful place is reality? That is how it was staying in Germain's Araby. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt as if we had left reality and have moved into some sort of amazing dream of nothing but the finest in life. The house was perfect for our needs. From the amazing kitchen (perfect for the chefs in our group) to the ever so comfortable beds which allowed us to sleep well and wake up rested ready to tackle another day...(of laying by the pool). Where to start with the backyard? The backyard was simply majestic. The pool was perfect and the hot tub was ideal for kicking back after dinner and just looking at the stars. One of the biggest hits for our group was the fire pit. As the weather was a tad on the cooler side, it was extremely enjoyable to go out and sit around the pit with a glass of wine and just chat until we ran out of topics to talk about. Oasis Rentals was great to deal with. They were extremely responsive and very pleasurable. Claudia and Chris were great to work with and we will absolutely be coming to them upon our next trip to Palm Springs. Out of the entire vacation the only negative I would say is returning back to 27 degree temperature in Washington D.C. Thank you Oasis for such a great and memorable trip - we will absolutely be coming to you when it is time to return back to Palm Springs.

Neighborhood and house were lovely. Host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome..even brought us a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, which we gladly devoured. Thanks Chris for making our stay enjoyable! Only negative was that the fireplace was not working.

We stayed at the Atomic Garden for four nights. There were 6 people in our party. There was more than enough room for all of us and at no point did we ever feel cramped. Everything in the home was clean and pristine. We were there over Thanksgiving and were very thankful for the fully stocked Kitchen. We had everything we needed to be able to cook up a feast. We paid the extra to have to pool heated. It was very worth it. We spent most days floating and relaxing. The fire pit was a fun addition to the evenings. The beds were comfortable. My only tiny compliant was that the pool was almost too warm, when the jets weren't on in the hot tub it was as warm. Like a giant bath. We will be renting this home again!
