This house was great! We had a group of 10 in Palm Springs for wedding. We lounged by the pool all day and could easily pop out to the grocery store and other shops. The rooms were all spacious and the common area was perfect.

I'm reviewing Oasis Rentals for the two times that I have used their rental services.
Once in June 2016, and again in Sept 2016.
I rented the same home both times.
I have been consistently impressed with Oasis Rentals' professionalism, accommodation, and quality.
My first time renting from Oasis Rentals back in June 2016 was my first time renting a vacation home in general. I had my concerns and hesitation that the home would not live up to the pictures and descriptions.
The moment I walked through the home with Eva, I was blown away!
The rental home was clean, well stocked, well designed/decorated, and welcoming!
There is an instruction binder to refer to in case you do not know how to operate the electronics in the home.
Oasis Rentals is clear and up front about the city's ordinances and their expectations for their guests to enjoy themselves, but at the same time, be courteous to the Palm Springs residents who live there year round.
My guests can't stop raving about the quality of the rental property.
I already have plans to use Oasis Rentals again for the upcoming holidays!
I feel that they really try to listen to your needs and deliver their best each time!
They are quick with responding to questions and they are fair/realistic with policies and formalities.
I have and will continue to recommend Oasis Rentals to my friends and family!

My wife and I booked the Monterey House through AirBnB and Michael could not have been more responsive. The house was great, with only a few small drawbacks. Great pool and hot tub with fairly simple digital controls inside. Great service from the team at Oasis, the location is close to several markets and shops, and only a short ride to the main drag of PS. Nice, contemporary kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Also there is surround sound throughout the inside of house. There is a nice little fireplace and a smaller TV room that doesn't seat many, but if you're watching TV on your vacation, you're the problem. WiFi is great and there is PLENTY of off-street parking (embarrassingly, we had 7 people with 6 cars...). There are some grass areas, and one is a good size for lawn games. Nothing huge, but definitely nice and DOG FRIENDLY! It's a great house and Oasis is a solid company that responds quickly. Good service and great house to get your friends together in!!

Fantastic house. Great service on arrival and departure. All very easy. Loved the pool and backyard. The house and furniture high quality and true to the period.

We had such a great time at the house – we were a group of three couples and the home had plenty of space plus a large outdoor area that was perfect for grilling and relaxing by the pool. Everything was clean and the property manager was prompt and friendly. Would love to come back!

This is the 3rd year in a row my family and I rented the house for July 4th week. We typically spend a week and have everything we need. The home is designed in true mid-centrury style and gives an authentic Palm Springs vibe from the 60's. This is by no means a modern, updated home but it's not what we needed. Location is great to downtown, the pool is private and the house backs up to the gold course so we can walk in the evening with the dog and kids. Overall, great experience....especially for the cost compared to comparable homes.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, amazing place to kick back and relax. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place in Palm Springs with lots of room to lounge and hang by a pool. Oasis was great to work with, as well.
