NO Smoking indoors or outdoors except in designated smoking areas. 100% complaince with Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordiance 1848 is required for all rentals. NO parties or gatherings are permitted. NO Outdoor Music is permitted 24 hours/ 7 days a week, 365 days a year. NO outside noise 10pm - 8am & Maximum Occupancy of 8 people is strictly enforced by city ordiance. Parking for 4 cars ONLY (1 per bedroom) 4 is maximum permitted cars to park on property or near property. The city will be patrolling and counting cars.

Close distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and everything South and Central Palm Springs have to offer. 5 minutes from Palm Springs Airport and Downtown, 2 minutes to Smoketree shopping area. 10 minute walk to the Chabad center.

    Sun, Fire, and Relaxation

    We spent a sun-filled long weekend at the property and enjoyed every minute. The home is beautifully-designed and decorated. The amount of glass and doors between the main living areas and two of the three bedrooms makes flowing from inside to the beautiful patio, pool, hot tub, and fire pit a breeze. Even on cool evenings, members of our group who were inside still enjoyed the view of the pool and fire. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were large and had good water pressure, and the indoor gas fire was enjoyable.

    Gorgeous Home!!!

    This home is gorgeous! The pool space is gorgeous and gets great sun all day. The kitchen and living space is large and beautiful. The master bedroom is amazing and roomy. There is plenty of room here for you to spend time with the group but also spread out if needed. Plus, the home is very stylish down to the smallest detail. Definitely recommend!

    Fabulous time in Palm Springs

    We had a fabulous time in this house. It was beautifully finished, clean and well-located. The pool had full sun by 10AM and plenty of shady options if you needed a break. We loved the firepit and outdoor dining space. We needed assistance with a minor issue and they had someone out within an hour to help us. I'd recommend the house and would be happy to stay at this property again!

    Nothing Short of Amazing!

    Our stay at Calle Mod @ Deepwell was nothing short off amazing! The house is spacious and beautiful, and the decor tastefully executed, perfect for a weekend away with friends. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with a large island perfect for entertaining and adjacent a nice gas fireplace with lounge area. The backyard has everything you’d need, nice pool and hot tub with a big fire pit, it’s like having your own hotel, no need to leave:) Eric the house manager was great and provided A+ customer service, very attentive and quick to repsond. Thanks so much for this perfect getaway, we would love to come back!
