We rented Calinete House from 08 - 26 january 2014. This single story villa is very spacious and in excellent condition. The house is very well equipped and furnished throughout. The outside was the same with a spacious patio area by the pool/lawn and equipped with more than enough sun loungers, settees, chairs and a tables. The house and gardens (yards) were beautifully maintained, a credit to the owners, maintenance staff and rental agency. It is located in South Palm Springs in a quiet, spacious and lovely residential area with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. It is approximately 15 minutes walk to a small shopping mall with a good supermarket, other shops and some restaurants. There are other restaurants and a great coffee house a similar walk away along East Palm Canyon Drive. We had sun and temperatures in the 80s and visited some great places including Palm Springs Tramway, Joshua Tree National Park, Indian Canyons hiking trails and many other attractions. A really good holiday in a beautiful part of California.

We stayed here for a week and didn't want to leave. Loved How clean the property was. The gardens and grounds were Immaculate. Loved every minute and highly recommend.

Great space, tasteful subdued artwork. Gas fireplace inside and out really made the trip wonderful.

I have never stayed in a rental with such a well stocked kitchen.Hot tub takes 3hrs to warm, other than that it was so perfect.

Love to come back next year.

What a great experience! We booked our place at the last minute but it was completely worth it. The house was exactly as described on the website and had even more to offer than expected. Checking in was super easy, the house was gorgeous (pool and hot tub were used the whole time), and we would definitely come back. Thanks go to Christopher for such a warm welcome! Celebrating New Years in Palm Springs may be our new thing.

We had an excellent time in Palm Springs! The weather was super and plenty of activities (of course). The house on Monterey was well laid out with plenty of room for privacy, which allowed us to use the house day in and day out with the entire family. We spent Christmas Day there and enjoyed swimming in the pool. The pool deserves special mention, because it had a deep end and was rectangularly shaped, which meant it was a lot of fun and we could even swim some mini-laps. The hot tub heated up quickly, too. We cooked a number of meals in the kitchen, which was well appointed.

Great functional and well designed house with plenty of space for 8!

My wife and myself and our daughter and her husband spent Christmas week here and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This home is quiet and private yet just minutes away from the restaurants and shops in downtown Palm Springs. The weather was perfect and we hope to return soon.

This is a great rental home. Very comfortably appointed with everything you could want down to sun glasses and the best pool floatie mats. We loved that the decor had some great character and wasn't just boring Ikea stuff. The beds had lovely linens and were oh so comfortable, tempurpedic mattresses. The pool was beyond perfect. Plenty of sun or shade or an umbrella if you were looking for less sun. The location is great and we loved the bikes as well.
The property manager was helpful with whatever we asked, responded promptly and was always available, friendly and oh so efficient. We loved this house and we can't wait to come back. You will definitely see us again. Thanks for everything.

Rented a house for the Thanksgiving Holiday week and were thrilled that we chose to stay at the Downtown Hideaway in Palm Springs. The location is amazing - 5 minute walk to the middle of downtown and at the foot of the mountains. Check in was super easy - Christopher met us when we arrived and gave us all the instructions necessary to get settled. The kitchen provided us all the necessary tools to host a wonderful family holiday dinner. The pictures don't do the pool area justice - it tucked into the mountain and is just the right size. We had such a great time and the quality of the home was beyond our expectations that we are already planning for next year. Oasis Rentals provided superb service and would highly recommend.

Everything and everyone was PERFECT!

We have rented or stayed as guests in many homes in Palm Springs but none as beautiful and tastefully decorated as the Deepwell Dream.

We arranged with Oasis to host a small cocktail party and the property was complimented by all of our guests. It made for the most beautiful, modern-elegant setting we could ask for. The house is also ideal for a small group of friends -- great bedrooms, en-suite baths, well- stocked bath and kitchen. Deepwell is a great neighborhood too. Our concierge was very helpful on getting us settled and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely rent this again.
