Reviews of our Vacation Rental Homes and Condos

Nine of us spent a week at this property. With 3 ensuite bedrooms all with king beds this place was ideal for large family gathering with multiple couples involved. Pool and hottub were perfect for the kids who came along 2&4. Pool isn't too deep and has nice shallow toddler area as well. Home is gorgeous, huge kitchen had plenty of room for many people to help prepare dinners. Location was really nice, only a 10 min walk to shops of PS, while being tucked away in the nice neighbourhood of old Las Palmas among some historic homes. Everything was as it looked in the photos. House is nicely renovated, and well kept. It was clean and the rep from Oasis met us on time to check in and gave us a great tour of the house before. TV room was nice to have (full Roku so plenty to watch), kids could easily unwind with a movie, while still being close to the action as we prepared dinner. We'll be back.

This is the second time that we have rented this property and very much enjoyed it both times. Well located and private. Very comfortable beds.

Beautiful settings, wonderful lounge chairs, and outdoor sofas, excellent pool and hot tub, fabulous mid-century furniture, great beds and beddings, everything in the kitchen to cook wonderful meals with the barbecue! The indoor mid-century furniture gives the house a wonderful vibe! We will be back!”

Shot and sweet -- a wonderful place to stay. Peaceful, beautiful, open, useful space, very very recommended. Great for families, and the pool is fantastic!

Enjoyed the house and yard very much. Nice to be able to see the kids in the pool. Location was great as well. Would recommend this house to someone that does not have dogs. The lady next door complained about our dog, but hers were worse than ours. You might consider no longer allowing dogs just because of the neighbors. Other than that, we had a great time. Thanks.

Our stay at Calle Mod @ Deepwell was nothing short off amazing! The house is spacious and beautiful, and the decor tastefully executed, perfect for a weekend away with friends. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with a large island perfect for entertaining and adjacent a nice gas fireplace with lounge area. The backyard has everything you’d need, nice pool and hot tub with a big fire pit, it’s like having your own hotel, no need to leave:) Eric the house manager was great and provided A+ customer service, very attentive and quick to repsond. Thanks so much for this perfect getaway, we would love to come back!

This place is fantastic! The home is beautiful and very spacious. The inside is decorated with lots of fun color and interesting artwork, all done very tastefully. The pool area is large with several areas for congregating - it really invites outdoor living. The landscaping is also pretty, and very well maintained. The bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, etc., were all very well equipped. The home's location is great. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The mgmt company is very easy to work with and very thorough in explanations, etc. The only downside is the noise ordinance law(s). Palm Springs has targeted rental homes (understandable to some degree), and there can be no audible music outside, ever. We really missed being able to listen to music while outside, but we just weren't willing to pay the hefty fines. All in all a wonderful place!

Our stay at Spencer Modern was an excellent Palm Springs experience. The home is located far enough from downtown to avoid the congestion but close enough to walk to the impressive Uptown district. The home itself is in great condition with an open layout and a terrific outdoor space and pool. The neighborhood offers a first-rate mid-century modern home DIY walking tour. Spencer Modern is a great home and a fine rental value.

Our group of 5 adults and two young children absolutely loved our stay at The Amado Modern. It was the perfect choice for our large group. We could all have our own space, yet spend time together at the fabulous pool and cook meals together. The home has everything one needs for a great stay. It was a pleasure working with Eric and the Oasis team.Can't wait to get back to PS.

This is a great house with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Stay was great. I highly recommend this place for 6 people staying in Palm Springs.
