Our group of 5 adults and two young children absolutely loved our stay at The Amado Modern. It was the perfect choice for our large group. We could all have our own space, yet spend time together at the fabulous pool and cook meals together. The home has everything one needs for a great stay. It was a pleasure working with Eric and the Oasis team.Can't wait to get back to PS.

This is a great house with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Stay was great. I highly recommend this place for 6 people staying in Palm Springs.

Our stay was made so comfortable by having this spacious home that had all the amenities you'd want in Palm Springs -- great pool and hot tub, grill, kitchen with all the plates and glasses you need, three spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and very clean bathrooms, not to mention interesting decor and landscaping. Good location for getting into town, but no need to with all the amenities at this home. Eric was friendly, welcoming and available for questions.

Check in and out was easy. Response from Oasis was quick via text. Very nice house as pictured. A lot of condiments and cooking essentials available. Quiet neighborhood. Fire pit and patio heater a nice feature on cool evenings, extra propane tank was appreciated. Plenty of chairs and outdoor seating. Pool and hot tub heating was good.

We had a memorable and fun February family vacation at Ten Palms! Four adults fit comfortably into the three bedroom/three bath layout. This home is furnished with everything we could possibly need.

Picture this: Before sunup, coffee and computer time was spent in the office nook, which is well lit and features a comfortable desk/chair setup, as well as a printer. Next, hanging out in the front yard, enjoying watching the very active bird life was on our agenda. We whipped up full breakfasts in the well equipped kitchen. (Having that island with extra sink and garbage receptacle made it easy and fun for the four of us to prep our meals as a team.)

After our return from daily outings, we enjoyed late afternoons by the pool soaking up sun. We grilled up delicious dinners in the outdoor kitchen and then dined inside with the lovely gas fireplace on to make it cozy in the evenings. With a smart TV in every room, we had the option of enjoying movies together around the fire as a group or opted for a quiet evening retired to our own rooms. A little moonlight soak in the hot tub was a luxurious bonus on many occasions. (From there, we could see the Palm Spring tram making its lighted way down the mountain.)

We wanted our trip to be a happy and healthy one so we even joined World Gym (just a five minute drive away OR fifteen minute walk) and kept up a daily routine. Ten Palms became our luxurious “home away from home,” where we had the opportunity to get relaxed, refreshed and reconnected to our family. I would definitely book Ten Palms again!

Love this house - this is my third stay. I'm particularly fond of the Movie Colony area - as it's great to walk. The house is comfortable, and you could just stay put and enjoy the views and the pool. Eric at Oasis is terrific and available to help you.

All 5 of us loved the Indigo Dream for our girls weekend getaway. The layout was awesome! Clean, fully stocked & great location to downtown shops & restaurants. Our favorite part was coffee in the morning & wine at night...both by the fire pit. I highly recommend this house!

The home was well appointed and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were also well equipped, with the exception of too few wash cloths when we arrived, which was quickly remedied by the house manager, Eva. The pool and hot tub were very clean and warm for a group of us "senior citizens" to enjoy during the cold spell while we were there. Those of us who are couples from Michigan, Florida, and Northern California, all old friends from high school, graduating class of 1960, had a lovely time

We stayed in Verde Modern for the month of January. We were very happy with the location.
We had never been to Palm Springs and this location was good for us to get a handle on the
city. The house was quite comfortable for two people.

With five bedrooms -- three of them masters -- this beautiful modern get-away was perfect for our family gathering. We enjoyed the comfortable lay-out, and the view of the mountains from the pool area is stunning. We were within easy walking distance from coffee shops on the main drag through town. The numerous warnings about rules and regulations in Palm Springs initially were quite off-putting, but we experienced no problems. We enjoyed being out by the pool and hot tub as a group with no complaints, and it was quite pleasant. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and it is understandable that the neighbors would want to keep it that way. Management was friendly, courteous and responsive. A fairly major plumbing problem kept us from using one of the bathrooms on the first day, but the property manager had a plumber out within hours and cleaned up the resulting mess himself. The next day, which was a Sunday, he had a maintenance man out right away when the garage door wouldn't operate properly. The fireplace inside the living room has been capped and cannot be used, but there is a nice outdoor fireplace that we were able to enjoy. Overall, it is a nice retreat for those looking for a peaceful gathering spot close to town.
