NO Smoking indoors or outdoors except in designated smoking areas. 100% complaince with Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordiance 1848 is required for all rentals. NO parties or gatherings are permitted. NO Outdoor Music is permitted 24 hours/ 7 days a week, 365 days a year. NO outside noise 10pm - 8am & Maximum Occupancy of 6 people is strictly enforced by city ordiance.Home may not be suitable for families with small children.

Fantastic Get Away

We loved Palm Royal!! Privacy, luxury, utility, and Palm Springs style. We brought our 2 dogs, property is secure and private for everyone’s safety and peace of mind. Great beds and lounge room! Enjoy!!

Great location

We had a great stay! House is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. We paid for the pool heating up front and were able to turn the hot tub on when we wanted to use it (other places require you to text etc). November is definitely warm enough to use the pool. We made Thanksgiving for Four and sat at the outside table. Long walks through the neighborhood and into town.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful and perfect for a getaway. The house lives up to the beauty of the pictures and has outstanding amenities. Really quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to downtown. Michael and Eric were extremely helpful and very responsive.
