This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a Master Bedroom with King Bed, and 2 guest rooms. I guest room is a king bed, and the 3rd has a full bed.

 

The open floor plan of the indoors flows easily into the outdoor dining, Saltwater Pool, Spa & Fire pit areas. Whether entertaining indoors or out there is plenty of room for your guests to relax. While enjoying the saltwater pool you can soak in the sun, fresh desert air and the amazing views of the mountains around you.     Renter must be 25 or older. Authorized pets only. Authorized pool heating only. NO Smoking indoors or outdoors except in designated smoking areas. 100% complaince with Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance 1848 is required for all rentals. NO parties or gatherings are permitted. NO Outdoor Music is permitted 24 hours/ 7 days a week, 365 days a year. NO outside noise 10pm - 8am & Maximum Occupancy of 6 people is strictly enforced by city ordinance. Parking for 3 cars ONLY (1 per bedroom) 3 is maximum permitted cars to park on property or near property. The city will be patrolling and counting cars.

    Fun in the Sun

    We had a great stay in Palm Springs and Oasis Rentals provided instant answers and solutions. We called on OR for several answers and requests and they did an excellent job of making sure our vacation was trouble free. Can’t ask for anything more and appreciate it when people take stress out of your life and just let you enjoy your time away.

    A really, nice, QUIET getaway

    The Desert Martini was a fun, quiet, easy-going rental that my wife, dog and I stayed at for a little less than a week. The pool and jacuzzi was nice. Although the pool (like any pool) needs to get skimmed daily. BBQ grill worked beautifully. Location is amazing and close to anything you would need. The ONLY downside to this rental is the extremely sensitive noise ordinance laws in the neighborhood. But granted, it's the kind of place you want to go for a quiet get-away. Not the place you want to go party at. The absolutely NO music outside is a bit excessive but grab a good book, make yourself a drink and go hang by the pool. You wont regret it.

    Perfect Mid Century

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property managers was very easy, with quick and clear responses. The house was perfectly mid-century with all the amenities for a family with small children. It is a 5 min drive to downtown PS and a 45 min walk (3 miles), very conveniently located. Not to mention, extremely quiet and peaceful at all hours. I highly recommend!
