Restrictions

MUSIC ‐ All music is prohibited outside at a Vacation Rental property at all times of the day. Max occupancy is 6 (strictly enforced, per city ordinance). All guests must sign Palm Springs Rental Regulations Form, per City Law.  No renters under 25 years of age, per City Law (no exceptions). No smoking indoors, no parties!  No pets allowed. Parking for 3 cars ONLY (1 per bedroom) 3 is maximum permitted cars to park on property or near the property. The city will be patrolling and counting cars.
