NO Smoking indoors or outdoors except in designated smoking areas. 100% complaince with Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordiance 1848 is required for all rentals. NO parties or gatherings are permitted. NO Outdoor Music is permitted 24 hours/ 7 days a week, 365 days a year. NO outside noise 10pm - 8am & Maximum Occupancy of 6 people is strictly enforced by city ordiance.

True palm springs style

House is better than the pictures, everything was wonderful, minus a small issues of a shower malfunctioning ,which the hosts made every effort to fix. The decor was superb, house is very clean and quiet, beds are comfortable and overall there is a wonderful serenity to be enjoyed by the pool. We had everything we needed and location is close to downtown, uptown, air tram and a quick 30 min drive to indian wells for tennis tournament. Perfect house for us. We could not have loved it more!
