NO parties or gatherings are permitted. NO Outdoor Music is permitted 24 hours/ 7 days a week, 365 days a year. NO outside noise 10pm - 8am & Maximum Occupancy of 6 people is strictly enforced by city ordinance. Home may not be suitable for families with small children. Parking for 3 cars ONLY (1 per bedroom) 3 is maximum permitted cars to park on property or near property. The city will be patrolling and counting cars.

Stunning House - Runway Ready

The house was immaculate, from the gorgeous marble floors to the beautiful landscaping. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants, bike path, freeways. We did not mind the airport noise, it was fun seeing the planes come overhead. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in paradise

We stayed at San Juan for 17 days and it was great! The house is very nice and the back yard was fantastic! Back yard was very spacious with a nice pool, spa tub and fire pit. It also had a nice eating area outside and great view of the mountains. It is close to the airport but it did not bother us. To downtown in about 10 minutes.Oasis was great to work with, especially since we had to change plans a couple of times. Thank you Eva. We love Palm Springs and we will be back again, booking with Oasis!

Amazing Customer Service

I would add more stars if I could!! Oasis was fabulous to work with! They are committed to customer service as reflected in their prompt and courteous communication. We have a young child with Autism and they made sure to inquire on any accommodations that we needed. Tanya was wonderful! The home was beautiful! The decor is modern and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. The home was spotless! The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a breathtaking view of the mountains, which offered much needed peace. We swam for hours in the spacious pool and relaxed in the spa. At night we made s’mores, as the home has an outdoor fire pit. Our 4 year old and 8 year old had a blast!!! We hope to be back to Palm Springs and will be forever customers of Oasis Rentals!!
