NO Smoking indoors or outdoors except in designated smoking areas. 100% complaince with Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordiance 1848 is required for all rentals. NO parties or gatherings are permitted. NO Outdoor Music is permitted 24 hours/ 7 days a week, 365 days a year. NO outside noise 10pm - 8am & Maximum Occupancy of 10 people is strictly enforced by city ordiance. Parking for 4 cars ONLY (1 per bedroom) 4 is maximum permitted cars to park on property or near property. The city will be patrolling and counting cars.

This house has everything covered for a perfect vacation including a built in ice maker. The pool is wonderful with large shallow platforms and also a very deep area. Our grand children, ages 9 and 11, loved the pool and the hot tub. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. I suggest paying in advance for the pool heat. The outdoor lounge area with fireplace was very cozy and comfortable in the evenings. All furniture including beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms have blackout curtains. The property accommodates 2 vehicles inside the gated parking. The property was an easy 1.2 mile walk to downtown Palm Springs. Convenient location to hiking trails, grocery stores, Trader Joe’s, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this house!

Great Stay!!!

Great stay at casa Palmera. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our 10 day stay. Stocked kitchen with all supplies needed to cook meals every day. Everything was new and clean and very comfortable.
