Updated mid-century modern home with open floor plan. Floor to ceiling sliding pocket doors disappear into the walls for a truly indoor/outdoor living.

Just 5 min drive to downtown Palm Springs, great restaurants and coffee shops walking distance.

Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)

- Indoor Fireplace not operational, decor only.

- This home is NOT animal friendly, and does not allow pets, or animals of any kind. If you are traveling with a service animal, please checkout one of our many pet friendly properties which can accommodate a service animal.

Renter must be 25 or older. Authorized pets only. Authorized pool heating only. NO Smoking indoors or outdoors except in designated smoking areas. 100% complaince with Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordiance 1848 is required for all rentals. NO parties or gatherings are permitted. NO Outdoor Music is permitted 24 hours/ 7 days a week, 365 days a year. NO outside noise 10pm - 8am & Maximum Occupancy of 10 people is strictly enforced by city ordiance. Parking for 4 cars ONLY (1 per bedroom) 4 is maximum permitted cars to park on property or near property. The city will be patrolling and counting cars.

The home is perfectly located in the the DeepWell Estates area (by Mesquite and Paseo De Marcia) just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Close distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and everything South and Central Palm Springs have to offer. 5 minutes from Palm Springs Airport and Downtown, 2 minutes to Smoketree shopping area

Great House for Family fun

We loved Casa Palmera for our family get together. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking/serving and the bedroom layout good for groups. The outdoors area is lovely for gathering day or night (outdoor fireplace for chilly desert nights). The pool design is exceptional, with shallow areas for adult lounging/younger kids including umbrellas and deep area for teenagers. Also enjoyed the spa and outdoor shower. Highly recommended!

This house has everything covered for a perfect vacation including a built in ice maker. The pool is wonderful with large shallow platforms and also a very deep area. Our grand children, ages 9 and 11, loved the pool and the hot tub. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. I suggest paying in advance for the pool heat. The outdoor lounge area with fireplace was very cozy and comfortable in the evenings. All furniture including beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms have blackout curtains. The property accommodates 2 vehicles inside the gated parking. The property was an easy 1.2 mile walk to downtown Palm Springs. Convenient location to hiking trails, grocery stores, Trader Joe’s, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this house!

Great Stay!!!

Great stay at casa Palmera. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our 10 day stay. Stocked kitchen with all supplies needed to cook meals every day. Everything was new and clean and very comfortable.
