We were a bit hesitant to rent this property via the internet, not having ever seen it. I was SO impressed that the property completely lived up to the pictures you see on-line. Every detail was thought of, and our stay was very enjoyable. Since it was mid-summer, we opted to not have the pool heated and still found the water to be very comfortable! We're very much excited to make this an annual tradition. The beds were very comfortable, the amenities well thought out, and the style of the house was perfect. We highly recommend this property!

From start to finish, what an experience! From the person who assited with our reservation to Mike, who is the on-site manager, everyone was friendly, professional, prompt and very kind. About the property? It's Paradise in Indio with lots to do, you can chill in the pool/jacuzzi while the kids have a ball in the HUGE game room, in the lake or an evening of plain ole R&R. The property is top notch with high end furnishings and appliances. We stayed for four days, but wish it was longer, but we will definately be returning soon.

We had the most wonderful relaxing weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet, central and wonderful for walks. The home is tastefully decorated in the classic style yet with all the modern amenities. The beds were made up with luxurious linens and down comforters. Private backyard with a beautiful pool. Everything was thought out to perfection. And the house was very clean. The downside is I didn't want to leave!

This home was ideal for our family vacation to Palm Springs. The backyard was a quiet oasis with a lovely pool, fruit trees, grapes, and birds all day long. The home was beautifully decorated with fabulous artwork. The kitchen was fully loaded and made it easy to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at 'home.' We visit Palm Springs often and hope to stay there again.

The house was beautiful and the everyone at Oasis was kind and helpful. I highly recommend the pool heating though, it was much colder than we had anticipated. This was a perfect way to relax and enjoy precious time with my loved ones.

Caliente house was very nice, comfortable, clean and well decorated. It was in a very nice area on a quiet street. We would definately stay here again.

We all enjoyed the house . It was a great way to spend a vacation. Overall we would definitely recommend this house and your agency.

My family and I spent 10 days at the Livmor. The home was authentically mid-century, the back yard was fabulous and the mountain views were unbeatable. We've rented many homes throughout Palm Springs, and this is one of the top for us.

A friend and I traveled to Palm Springs 2/10/11 - 2/16/11 and stayed at the Livmore home. It was much more than expected. We had a couple of friends over for pool time and dinner and they are still raving about it back in Seattle. No matter where you sit, in or outside the house, you just feel like your troubles have all gone away. I will for sure be visiting this home again. If you are flying in, it is only a couple long blocks from the airport. During the winter months, I definately recommend heating the pool since it was 80 degrees and so easy to get right into; for hours on end. :)

Our experience was great. We had a wonderful time and really felt home at the property.
