THIS IS OUR THIRD TIME IN THIS HOUSE. LOVE IT

We were a group of 4 women on a week long getaway. We couldn't have been happier with this house to call home for that week. It was located near downtown and Albertsons for shopping. The pool and spa was well appreciated as it was lovely and hot during our stay. The view of the mountains from the backyard were amazing. We have all stayed around the world in various self contained homes and 23 Palms did not disappoint in any way. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils anyone would need when preparing meals and the Weber BBQ was a hit for grilling. Eva was always available to answer questions about the area and the property. I would recommend this house highly and we are looking forward to our next visit to the Palm Springs area!!!

Palm Canyon Retreat was ideal for a relaxing holiday. In a quite area and a short drive from the center of Palm Springs. It was very well equipped, clean, well decorated with a good pool and hot tub. WiFi excellent. Oasis staff, especially Eva, were very helpful. I can recommend this property & Oasis.

Eva was there to greet us and give us a tour. communication with her prior to/during our stay was very easy. The backyard was the highlight!! We spent the entire weekend enjoying the pool and BBQing. The house had everything we needed!

This was a beautiful vacation property, and exactly as it was described and pictured. We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend, and enjoyed it immensely. Everything was very well-appointed, well-stocked, very clean, and organized with clear instructions. Our property manager was flexible and met us at the home on time, and did a very thorough walk-through. She was also available for any questions over the weekend, although we didn't have any. I would definitely recommend this property, and property managers and would stay here again

I have to say this house was amazing, the layout and privacy, the kitchen everything was fantastic, couple minor details but nothing big enought to complain about. loved being able to walk to the strip, and the backyard and pool where designed for night swims, breath taking sunsets, your own private hiking trail, quiet peaceful...Im definitly coming back again.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay at Spencer Modern in Palm Springs. Communication was friendly, fast and efficient. House was very clean and well equipped.

I spent a very comfortable three nights at Spencer Modern. Everything was as described. House was well prepared and very clean and well equipped. The outside space is very private and peaceful. A charming property.

We spend 10 very relaxing days at the De Anza house. House is comfortable, well decorated, perfect location. Management team was very attentive and prompt in communication.

As others have said, the house is amazing. Looked better in real life than in the photos. The bedrooms, pool, and kitchen were all perfect! One thing that the photos don't show, is that there is a jacuzzi next to the pool. Our host Claudia was very welcoming and did a great job at showing us around. Within a few hours of arriving, the A/C ran out of freon and she immediately had someone come over to fix it. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!
