We had a terrific weekend here. The house is close to restaurants and the casino. The kitchen is well-stocked. The real treat here is the backyard area; it is large and beautifully landscaped. Palm trees provide privacy and shade.

This place is my home from home,relaxing exquisite surroundings...Love it.

Great experience staying at the Spencer Modern. Beautiful, clean home with great furnishings, lovely pool, and ample amenities (towels, soap, washer/dryer, etc.). Master bed is a bit firm, but not uncomfortably so. Close to the grocery store, and a quick uber ride into town.

A/C went down on the final morning, even after adhering to the posted directions to, but spoke with the property manager and she understood, so I imagine the extreme heat of Palm Springs in the summer overworks the unit regularly.

Other than that small hiccup, everything was excellent and I would definitely suggest a stay at Spencer Modern.

Chris and team were really easy to work and very welcoming. The "team" part is important. Chris handled all of the booking and other arrangements (and there was a lot of back and forth because I had a lot of questions--he was always very responsive). Claudia, the house manager, met me at the property, which was a nice touch because she gave me a tour, showed me where everything was and how to work everything (TV, hot tub, air conditioning, etc.). We had an issue with the hot tub not heating up the first night we were there, so I emailed pretty late and someone was there first thing in the morning to get it fixed (just something not turned on the pump area). My security deposit was returned very quickly.

The house was amazing. Very well equipped with lots of different sitting areas. The rooms are pretty spaced out given everyone a little bit of privacy. The pool and hot tub were perfect and there are plenty of lounge chairs and built in umbrellas for shade. Would definitely stay here again.

I took an extended vacation and stayed in the Indigo Dream Home for 6 wonderful weeks. I did not want to leave! My expectations were met and exceeded in all aspects. The home was comfortable and inviting and the very private outdoor space was amazing! This home is perfect for entertaining guests or just relaxing on your own. I enjoyed the quiet, peaceful neighborhood on my daily morning and evening walks with my dog. Great location! The home was well stocked with anything I could ever need and Chris was always eager to help with any questions I had....thank you Chris! I would highly recommend this property! I wish I was still there!

Had a family reunion at this stunning property over Easter weekend. It lived up to the hopes the website photographs raised - and then some. It was extremely spacious, beautiful linen/sheets/pillows, the comfiest beds of all time, clean, quality fittings and fixtures, a kitchen full of every possible cooking/cleaning items, bikes to ride around the wide & quiet streets of PS, large pool (definitely get the pool heating), sun loungers, towels, sunglasses - all holiday needs met and frequent squeals of joy at being somewhere so posh! Chris came and met us when we arrived and explained a few house bits which was a lovely touch. Couldn't recommend more. Thankyou - next time we are back that way we will be back!

This was my second stay at Starr this year. It has all one needs for a good time.

Home was lovely and went beyond expectations. People from Oasis efficient and refunds of deposits arrived in a timely manner. Would rent from them again.

We had a fabulous stay at Indigo Dream Home. It is a lovely, light, airy home; beautifully decorated and charming. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could want. The grounds of the property are private and stunning, with lots of quiet corners in which to sit and read. We didn't want to leave.

Great house centrally located in beautiful Palm Springs. Tastefully decorated with lots of room for our family to spread out and relax. Only minutes away from excellent restaurants, galleries and shops. Thanks to Claudia and Chris for the top notch customer service!
