    MUSIC ‐ All music is prohibited outside at a Vacation Rental property at all times of the day. Max occupancy is 6 (strictly enforced, per city ordinance). All guests must sign Palm Springs Rental Regulations Form, per City Law.  No renters under 25 years of age, per City Law (no exceptions). No smoking indoors, no parties!  Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125 plus tax per pet).  Parking for 3 cars ONLY (1 per bedroom) 3 is maximum permitted cars to park on property or near the property. The city will be patrolling and counting cars.

    An Unbelievable Experience

    From the moment, we arrived at this house until our departure, this home exceeded all of our expectations. Unfortunately, I forgot an item at this property and did not realize this until after departure but the Guest Services Manager was kind enough to mail it out to me. Everything throughout the process, including communication, was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay here again! This was no doubt a 5-star experience!

    Beauty in Palm Springs

    Casa Bianca was everything we had hope for and more. The home has been thoughtfully updated and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was huge and a gourmets dream. The layout of the home is especially nice for larger groups with the two true master suites and an addition smaller bedroom with its own bathroom. The large open living space which opens out to the beautiful yard/patio area was especially nice. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a conveniently located and exceptionally clean/well maintained home in the heart of Palm Springs.

    Lovely

    The house was perfect for a group of friends (three couples) celebrating a birthday. The kitchen is well stocked (I'm an avid cook), and the three en suite king bedrooms were perfectly comfortable. The house is on a very quiet street. The pool was lovely. Grounds well kept. We had two dogs with us, and we appreciated that the entire property was completely fenced. Our only issue was that the dishwasher crapped out on us the first day. Once the charming repair man came and confirmed that it wasn't user error to blame, Oasis offered to send out the cleaning crew to do the dishes for us. We're not high maintenance and did not mind taking turns to do the dishes, but the offer was appreciated. A very nice home and a lovely, low-key trip.
