Things to Note:  While the property itself is very private and peaceful, the backyard does back onto Sunrise Drive, so there can be some light road noise outdoors at certain times. Most guests find the space very relaxing and enjoy the pool and spa (the water feature helps create a nice white-noise effect), but we always want to make sure expectations are fully aligned.

Renter must be 25 or older. NO pets allowed. Authorized pool heating only. NO Smoking indoors or outdoors except in designated smoking areas. 100% compliance with Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance 1848 is required for all rentals. NO parties or gatherings are permitted. NO Outdoor Music is permitted 24 hours/ 7 days a week, 365 days a year. NO outside noise 10pm - 8am & Maximum Occupancy of 8 people is strictly enforced by city ordinance. Parking for 4 cars ONLY (1 per bedroom) 4 is the maximum permitted cars to park on the property or near the property. The city will be patrolling and counting cars.
