Getaway from it all in our new remodeled desert oasis. This tranquil and serene mid-century modern home located just one mile from downtown Palm Springs. Relax, unwind, and Enjoy! 

 

The open plan great-room is a comfy space with couches and window seat loungers, along with a fireplace and large screen TV with sound system. From the great room, the backyard features umbrellas and outdoor loungers that surround the sparkling pool and spa with a lush garden. There is also a firepit and outdoor dining area so you can enjoy all the best of outdoor living in Palm Springs with the majestic backdrop of the San Juan Mountains.

The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless state-of-the-art appliances and is fully stocked for your vacation food preparation. The master suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. In the 3rd bedroom provides the choice of 1 king or 2 twin xl beds. The 2nd & 3rd share a bathroom.  All bedrooms have luxury linens & bedding. TV's in the master bedroom, and both guest rooms, and another large TV in the living room. Wifi and sound systems are available throughout the house. 

 

- No Pets Allowed. - This home is NOT animal friendly, and does not allow pets, or animals of any kind. If you are traveling with a service animal, please checkout one of our many pet friendly properties which can accommodate a service animal.

NO Smoking indoors or outdoors except in designated smoking areas. 100% complaince with Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordiance 1848 is required for all rentals. NO parties or gatherings are permitted. NO Outdoor Music is permitted 24 hours/ 7 days a week, 365 days a year. NO outside noise 10pm - 8am & Maximum Occupancy of 6 people is strictly enforced by city ordiance. Parking for 3 cars ONLY (1 per bedroom) 3 is the maximum permitted cars to park on property or near property. The city will be patrolling and counting cars.

Great for Family Getaway

We lived outdoors while we were here! It was great. Sat out by the fire at night and enjoyed the heated hot tub and pool every day we were there. Had everything we'd need to enjoy the week.

Desert Getaway

We were looking for a nice rental close to downtown Palm Springs for a long weekend with family. The Ginger was perfect and we could not have been happier.

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway

I stayed with 4 girlfriends at the beautiful Ginger property. Everything was so smooth from start to finish. When we entered the house we could smell that the house had been freshly cleaned, everything was immaculate. The open floor plan was perfect for a girls/family weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable. The added sleeping areas in the family room was a bonus. Each bathroom was supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We cooked every meal; the kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi nightly. Plenty of towels for the pool were supplied. There was a grill outside and plenty of lounge chairs as well as a firepit and seating area.The garage was had lawn games and pool toys. The Wifi was fast. The tv had all kinds of stations; we enjoyed nightly movies on Netflix. The neighborhood is quiet (we did not hear any neighbors) and safe (for our post dinner walk). There were plenty of grocery stores close by as well as restaurants. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!
